Between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your health status.  The first two sessions will be a minimum of 45-60 minutes.

This is completely flexible and depends on your time availability.  Try to attend at least twice a week to see results. If you want to come every day that is great!

You do not need to wear trainers.  Any footwear is acceptable except flip flops.

Just arrive in your daily clothes, no special clothing is required.
