Sports Massage Therapist / Pregnancy Massage

I’ve always had a keen interest in health and fitness, so after an 18year career in the financial industry I decided it was time to put my passion into practice. I retrained as a sports massage therapist.

Sports Massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in physical or strenuous activity. From regular exercise to mowing the lawn, heavy lifting and sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Its a great way to maintain good physical and mental wellbeing. By applying a range of techniques, a sports massage is effective in relieving muscle and joint soreness, together with restoring length, balance and strength to the muscles.

After working in an office for so many years I know what it is like to have a busy work/life balance and what effect this can have on both the physical, mental, and emotional body. Therefore, I love to be able to help my clients manage pain and stress by releasing tension, providing greater flexibility, and enhance energy and vitality.

In my free time, I enjoy cycling and fun days with the family. Although most weekends we can be found at the side of a tennis court somewhere in the country supporting our son, who is a very keen tennis player.
